Made from fresh pears, picked with twenty-four hours before cooking.  This product is agreeably sweet with a marvelous texture unlike any other preserve.  It is a unique treat filled with the old time texture and flavor.   Pear Preserves are made from local Georgia pears that are harvested in late August and early September.
