The Commissary is also currently requesting recipes for a cookbook. The new cookbook will be published next spring by Juliana Germano, proprietor of The Commissary.

Juliana is accepting recipes locally and from visitors of Jekyll Island from around the country. She wants to compile a cookbook from people all over the country who love to cook.
